干粽叶的处理方法：

1、将粽叶的叶柄剪掉，用容器浸泡（5个小时左右）。

2、用清水将粽叶的正反两面清洗一下，可用手擦，也可清洗工具来清洗，但力度切勿过大，以免损坏。

3、往锅里加适量清水，大火烧开。

4、将粽叶放入开水中，煮烫3分钟。

提示：如果粽叶较多，可以在煮烫时用筷子适当翻动一下，尽可能让每张粽叶都浸泡到。

5、将粽叶捞出，再用清水冲洗一遍，放入淘米篮中沥干水分即可
